~ WINERY'S NOTES Pleasant mature Bordeaux with soft tannins and a full, rich flavor. Very complex nose. Beautiful brilliant purple color. Powerful fruit, concentrated cassis, black currants, something kruidigs, little wood, vanilla. High flavor content. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats new. Fermentation under low temperature. Maturation in new oak barrels for 18 months.
